We hope you love your product, but if for any reason you don’t, you can exchange or return your purchased items for store credit or a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
Free gifts cannot be individually selected for return / exchange unless defective. However, they will need to be returned if any other items in your order are returned.
All our products come with a 12-month warranty. Our warranty covers fault in workmanship or material within 12 months of purchase. If in the unlikely event this is the case, we will replace or repair your product!
Our leather products are made with the best quality full grain leather. This is a natural product and each piece is unique. No piece will be exactly the same as another and some may have natural markings and character which are not faults, but show the natural quality. Full grain leather is made to last a long time and to get better with age. Colour fading or darkening, marking and stretching as a result of regular usage, all add to the character of your bag, they are not considered a fault.
